We're thrilled to announce $54M in funding from Greylock Partners and Bessemer Venture Partners to solve a persistent enterprise challenge: businesses must transform their systems and infrastructure faster and more often than ever, yet most complex projects fail. Axiamatic brings AI to deliver successful transformations, making continuous reinvention finally possible at scale. Leading enterprises including Merck, Marmon and Heico are already using Axiamatic to run their transformation programs with lower cost, higher velocity, and greater predictability, and now we have the resources to scale that success to more enterprises worldwide.
Enterprise transformation has a long-standing structural problem: the complexity of executing large programs has grown far beyond what any human team can effectively manage. Nowhere is this more apparent than in complex programs, such as ERP modernizations, CRM consolidations, and Supply Chain transformations, where hundreds of evolving requirements, decisions, and dependencies compound across functional silos simultaneously.
Two forces work against every transformation, both inherent to human limits. The first is cognitive. As programs scale, compression is inevitable: context gets lost in summaries, and reasoning gets stripped from conclusions. At the same time, no one can track what goes missing in translation between what is discussed, what is documented, and what is being built, or how thousands of decisions ripple across long running workstreams. The second is behavioral. Transformation asks people to change, and change is hard. The resistance lives in the hesitation that no one volunteers, the concern expressed in a conversation that never reaches the meeting notes, the workshop where lack of commitment is not reflected in the report. What accumulates across both forces does so silently, until the gap between what was intended and what is delivered becomes too wide to close. These are the root causes why 70% of transformations fail and over 50% run over budgets and timelines.
Axiamatic is built to overturn the fate of enterprise transformations. For the first time, enterprises and SI partners have an AI platform purpose-built to supercharge how every team sees, decides, and acts at every step through the program. Unlike tools that solely augment individual productivity, Axiamatic augments the entire program. It continuously monitors and analyzes progress, uncovers risk early, alerts the right people with the insights and recommendations they need, and helps them take proactive actions to resolve issues early, so teams make better decisions faster and risks never compound in silence.
"A requirements gap caught in-phase is a two-hour conversation. The same gap in UAT becomes a multi-week delay, and after go-live it can threaten the entire program. Axiamatic surfaces these issues months earlier and generates what we need, turning what used to be program-level risks into proactive fixes. It’s given our team the confidence we can deliver more ROI on our programs faster.”
Axiamatic is an agentic control plane for enterprise transformation, built around three integrated capabilities that directly address the structural limits of how humans run complex programs.
Where humans compress reality into summaries, the Living Context Graph does the opposite. It builds an exhaustive, uncompressed view of the transformation program, serving as a digital twin of the program with unprecedented detail and recall.
It continuously accesses the latest artifacts — documents, tickets, content — from 250+ enterprise systems, including Jira, ADO, Teams, Sharepoint, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, and Salesforce, and creates rich contextual mappings between them as informed by a transformation-specific Knowledge Base trained on industry best practices. Beyond structured data, it captures unstructured signals from Slack and Teams channels where critical decisions are discussed but not documented, and from meeting recordings and minutes, including what people don't say directly: the hesitation, the hedge, the problem someone hinted at but never named. Where context is still missing, it reasons about the gaps and autonomously reaches out to the stakeholders most likely to hold that knowledge, capturing what no document, system, or meeting ever recorded. Every decision, rationale, and dependency is preserved, and the knowledge compounds over time and across programs in the enterprise.
It is the heart of the Axiamatic platform, providing the continuously evolving state and context of the program in flight.
The most common symptom of failed programs is risks that form quietly, unrecognizable to anyone without the full picture, and only surface when it's too late. Transformation Agents are built to catch them long before any human team could.
Operating on the Living Context Graph, they monitor the full program continuously and detect signals across three dimensions:
Detection is only half the job, timely remediation is the other half. Risks are scored by severity, linked back to the underlying artifacts and decisions that caused them, and routed directly to the people who need to act with necessary evidence and recommendations for proactive action.
The depth of insight Axiamatic generates becomes truly transformative when it reaches people in a way that supercharges how they work, without forcing anyone to learn a new tool or drastically change how they operate.
Each role performs their typical workflows as they do today, now enriched with the proactive and role-specific support Axiamatic provides. For example, when a PMO is notified of an issue, they receive the full context alongside it: what artifacts were triaged to uncover the issue, what is the relative priority of the issue, how the underlying decisions connect, what dependencies are involved, and a playbook drawn from industry best practices on how to approach the situation.
It also eliminates the need to wait for others to curate reports or gather information. For instance, executives can query the full program at any time, understanding the biggest risks at the highest level or tracing all the way down to a single ticket, without waiting for a briefing or a meeting.
Today, one of the most persistent failure modes in transformation programs is stalled resolution which takes two forms: one, questions raised in SteerCos and working sessions linger behind “I’ll get back to you,” leaving teams waiting, operating on partial answers, or moving forward without clarity. And worse still, each “I’ll get back to you” spawns a flurry of investigative meetings. And the other, questions that should have been raised.
Through natural language interaction across voice, web, Teams, or Slack, Axia delivers contextual answers and recommendations in real-time. It proactively informs, and it takes action on behalf of the PMO, OCM, executive, or other stakeholders. Axia leans on Transformation Agents who operate on the Living Context Graph so responses are grounded in detailed program artifacts, history, rationale, and dependencies. It closes the loop between signal and resolution, proactively engaging when emerging risks or gaps require attention instead of waiting to be prompted.
We've had the privilege of working with leading enterprises including Merck, Heico, Marmon, and Corning. Our customers have run transformations across business functions and program types, from ERP modernizations and CRM consolidations to Supply Chain transformations, and Source to Pay migrations. Because Axiamatic learns and its learning compounds with every program within an organization, customers naturally expand from one transformation to the next, turning what was once a high-risk effort into a repeatable organizational capability. A few examples:
Heico, a $4B diversified manufacturer, first deployed Axiamatic to support a complex, multi–business unit ERP transformation. After detecting critical risks 6 months earlier than traditional governance models and accelerating program delivery by 4 months, Heico expanded Axiamatic from a single program to more than 20 initiatives within 12 months, embedding it as a core capability across the organization.
“We initially deployed Axiamatic on our ERP transformation. Within twelve months, we expanded from one program to twenty as we saw the immense impact on speed, risk visibility, decision quality, and delivery predictability. What stood out was not just earlier detection of issues, but the ability to preserve context and act on it in real time. It has become a foundational capability in how we manage all programs at Heico.”
To further accelerate value, we’ve built deep partnerships across the transformation ecosystem, including leading system integrators, platform vendors, strategic consultancies, and specialized consultancies. Each of our partners views Axiamatic as an enabler for their competitiveness and as an enhancer of their capacity and productivity. Together, we enrich existing delivery models and enable new ones for faster, more predictable outcomes for our joint enterprise customers.
We built Axiamatic for one purpose: enterprise transformation that succeeds, not as the exception, but as the standard. We have the right team to deliver on that promise, a founding team with two decades working together and a proven track record identifying and solving complex challenges that fettered enterprise productivity, and investors who have backed category-creating companies. We’re grateful to the customers and partners who trusted us early to reimagine how transformation work gets done. We’re now excited to bring that same confidence to more organizations tackling change they cannot afford to get wrong.
If you’re leading a transformation that needs to succeed, we’d love to talk. Visit axiamatic.com or request a demo.
